
About Carin Brown:
Carin is a life long Equine Enthusiast who has always had a passion for helping animals and riding horses. She has been teaching riding lessons since she since 2007, and riding before she could walk. As an H-B Pony Club Graduate she has ridden in a variety sports from Games to Eventing through her riding career. In 2008 Carin represented the United States on the International Games team that competed in Australia. Since then she has coached riders in games and general riding lessons. In recent years she has also become very involved in the Eventing community and was a working student for Skyeler Voss at the wonderful Morningside Training farm in the Plains VA. Sh has also worked as a working student for Cathy Fredrickson and Sharon Miller. Throughout College she rode with the Equestrian Team and competed in Hunter/Jumpers and ANRC competitions. She graduated from Bridgewater College in May of 2014 with a BS in Health and Exercise Science and a Minor in Equine Science.
In November of 2014 she became a Certified Infrared Thermographer. February of 2015 she started performing Infra-red Light therapy. Along with Equine Sport Medicine Services she is offering riding lessons and training rides for any level horse and rider. Carin is currently competing in Eventing (Preliminary) and Dressage (3rd level), however her wide knowledge base allows her to coach and train for almost any discipline. She specializes in working with the horses that are on the sensitive side and need confidence. Her students range from age 5 to 70+ although her passion is eventing she just enjoys watching people succeed with their horses.
Please note that she is not a veterinarian and cannot diagnose problems but only state where heat patterns lie on the horse. However she is partnered with True North Equine, a veterinarian practice based in Warrenton.

Picture Perfect Equine is based out of Warrenton, Virginia. We travel up to 100 miles to image clients horses including surrounding states such as Maryland and West Virginia. There are a few exceptions as some clients live as far away as Pennsylvania and Kentucky. Travel during the winter months? No problem if a horse needs us we will be there, We will make a trip to Aiken, Ocala and Wellington if needed. (Circumstances must allow and enough horses must need us for travel!) |
